FAQ's
1. Why reset.photo?
Because this isn’t about “pretty photos.” It’s about energy. Tension. The way you look at each other when no one’s watching. No templates. I get to know your vibe and document what’s real.
Years in the industry taught me how to blend in - close enough to catch the chaos, far enough not to interrupt it.
You don’t need to know how to pose.
Just show up as you are.

2. How soon we need to book you?
Up to 12-18 months in advance of wedding date. If you are interested in me shooting you day, especially if it's on a peak weekend date, please don't delay was I don't like to disappoint people.
3. What is your booking process?
I offer a complimentary consultation call to discuss your plans, get to know your vibe. If you decide to book, I send you contract and booking fee invoice (30% of chosen package is required, the remaining balance is due within 7 days after your wedding).
Please note I don't hold or reserve dates. I'll be transparent if someone inquires for your date.
4. How many images will we receive?
I don't put a limitation on final delivery. Minimum is always mentioned in package you choose. Every photo in final gallery you receive is fully edited (I provide all my couples colour images, and black&white). A preview of the gallery will be available within 7 days after the wedding. The full gallery will be delivered within 8-10 weeks (most likely much sooner :)).
5. Do you travel for weddings? Do you charge travel or accommodation fees?
Yes - I cover weddings throughout Poland. Travel is included. If your venue is more than 150km from my poste code, accommodation costs will be added.
6. Do you bring second-shooter?
If you'd like a second photographer, this can be added to your package. I work only with trusted professionals whose style aligns with mine. Overall for weddings over 150 guests, a second shooter is mandatory. It guarantees full coverage and zero compromises.
7. Do you pose couples or is it more candid?
I focus on natural, candid moments which reflect your relationship. Of course I give directions, help with posture or suggesting creative ideas, but only while is still authentic with you.
8. What equipment do you use, do you bring backups, how do you store and back up our images the keep them safe?
I use Sony mirrorless cameras - they are my 'working horses'. Top-quality lenses, and lighting gear. I always carry few cameras bodies, backup lenses and memory cards. Even if something fails, I can continue without interruptions. I backup your images in three places - on dual memory card during shooting, on my computer on secure external drive and a cloud drive. I always recommended you download full gallery yourself but you also receive your 'copy' on flash drive with printed photos.
